Ordering Table Hockey Products from outside the USATablehockeyshop.com can ship products internationally. There is a minimun $20 USD order for shipments outside the USA. All interantional orders are subject to a 2-3% handling fee. Please note that the US Post Office has sizing restrictions to certain countries, so there are some limitations on where we can send certain products.. Ordering Games Due to sizing restrictions, we can only ship games to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibralter, Great Britian, Greece, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slavak Republic, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City Shipping costs for 1 game to most countries is approx $65-70 USD. If you purchase additional teams or parts, it may increase the shipping cost slightly. We double box the games for extra protection and the shipment is insured. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for arrival. Sorry, but we can not guarantee any shipping times on international orders. (Delayed shipments are not common but when it happens, it is usually caused by delays in customs of the destination country). Ordering Teams, pucks and other parts We can ship small team and part orders to most countries. Shipping costs will vary, so email us your exact order and we will get back to with shipping costs. In general, the shipping cost for 1 team shipped to Europe is $8-9 USD. Two teams shipped cost approx $12-13 USD. (Sorry, but due to a 24 inch length restriction, we can not sell ice sheets, left wing, right wing or center control rods outside the USA). Payment We accept credit cards only from outside the USA. We can only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Sorry we can't accept Paypal because they do not offer seller protection outside the USA, which opens us up to fraudulant orders. How to Order The easiest way to order is by Fax Order Form. You can type right into the fax form, print it and then fax it. (It's always a good idea to confirm by email after you fax to make sure it transmitted ok). You may also call and order by phone. Please keep in mind that we are on East Coast USA time which is generally 5-8 hours behind Europe. Please call after 17:00 your time. It's a good idea to email your name and address in advance so we have all the correct spellings.
