You must send the email to the email address listed above. Do not send the email to 2checkout, our credit card processor whose email address is listed in your email receipt. We will confirm back that we received your request. Free items will be packed inside your game, they will not come in a separate package. Please be patient will our email confirmation as sometimes we won't confirm back until your invoice is printed which could be the following day.

Latest Holiday Ordering & Shipping Info - Jan 2 - We have full stock on Stiga hockey games and most orders are shipping same day if placed by 2 PM. We are fast here. Our warehouse and office are in the same location. When you place an order with us, it doesn't go from one call center in one city to a facility 2000 miles away where it sits in a pile for 3 days until somebody notices that "oh geez, we are sold out of that product." No, you won't get that here. When you order with us, your order goes from our office to our warehouse a few feet away where it's handed to a person who is an expert on Stiga games and who begins packing it right away. And you won't ever get bait & switch here. And yes, we absolutely use outer shipping boxes for our games. We always put the Stiga game box inside an outer shipping carton for safe transporting. Big Online retailers generally just slap a shipping label on the Stiga game box and ship it like that, with no outer carton to protect the product, which is completely insane and greatly increases the chance your order will be damaged in transit. Safely getting the games to our customers means more to us than making a few dollars more in profit per game.
